1. Accessing the Contacts Tab:

  • Navigate to the Contacts tab in TheraSaaS.

  • Select an individual contact (e.g., "Tony Stark") to view detailed information.

2. Exploring the Three Main Sections:

  • Once in the contact's profile, there are three main columns to explore: Left ColumnMiddle Column, and Right Column.

Left Column (Contact Details)

General Info:

  • Displays basic contact information such as first name, last name, and any other information provided during the initial form submission.

  • You can choose to hide empty fields (fields that were left blank during form completion).

Additional Info:

  • Shows custom fields you have added to the contact form.

  • Examples of fields include "relationship to child," "initial clinician onboarding," and "how did you hear about us?"

  • Tags and Do Not Disturb (DND) settings can also be managed here. You can enable DND for contacts that no longer wish to receive communications.

Middle Column (Unified Inbox)

Communication Tools:

  • This section acts as a unified inbox for all communication with the contact, including text messages and emails.

  • You can reply directly from here or make calls by clicking the green telephone icon.

Right Column (Activity, Tasks, and Notes)

Activity:

  • Displays thcontact’s interactions with your website, including page visits and form submissions, with timestamps.

  • It also indicates whether the traffic was organic or paid (if connected to paid services).

Tasks:

  • Here you can assign tasks related to the contact, such as follow-up actions by clinicians or intake coordinators.

  • Tasks can be titled, described, and assigned to others, providing reminders for specific actions.

Notes:

  • Used for recording important notes about the contact, such as their preferences for counseling or key follow-up actions.

  • Each note is automatically timestamped, allowing for seamless handoffs between team members.

Appointments:

  • Any scheduled appointments with the contact are listed here. This allows you to view their appointment history without leaving the contact's profile.

Summary:

This process helps you access and view detailed information about a contact in TheraSaaS, including personal details, communication history, activity tracking, tasks, notes, and appointments.
